My Tupperware Story I've only been with Tupperware since December 2005. The typical story involves children, and not being home with them as much as any mother naturally would, because of being at work. I have always wanted children, but the good lord has other aspirations for me and my husband. We have set our sites on adoption or at least foster parenting. Before Tupperware we had been trying to get our bills and our financial situation in order so that we can afford to do this. We came to the conclusion that we needed more money to help us with this goal. I asked my employer if I could switch up my hours at work so that it would be easier for me to get a part time job. They said no. So all I could offer a part time employer was for me to hopefully get to them by 5:30 or 6:00 pm, depending on traffic, and work until they closed. I didn’t get any takers. While I was going through all of this, a friend of mine invited me to a Tupperware party. Her sister was already in the process of becoming a Consultant. I was hooked. I was really impressed with the products and how easy the Consultant made everything look. I also liked the income potential. And to be able to make my own hours was a key factor in my decision. So I kept thinking, hey I think I would be great, it would give me the time and freedom I needed and the income! My husband and I discussed this opportunity and felt that there was absolutely nothing to lose! So I called my friend’s sister the morning after her Grand Opening party, which I was also invited to, and said I would like to give it a try! I attended a rally and was so amazed because there were so many different types of people from stay at home moms to attorneys that were selling Tupperware and doing so well at it that I was really convinced that I could do this!
I started my Tupperware business with my own GO party in December of 2005. Became a Manager in February. Won a trip to Las Vegas in March. In April I started to work toward my goal of becoming a Director. I achieved my Directorship in September 2006. Tupperware let me choose between a trip for four to Orlando, Florida or a trip for two to Hawaii. I chose Hawaii. I have also earned a trip to New York and my next challenge is to qualify for my very own Pontiac G6 Convertible! In this short amount of time, along with all of the trips, jewelry and cash I have earned, we have also adopted our daughter and are looking forward to fostering more children.
I am very excited to be apart of Tupperware and would love to show you how you can be too!
So in closing, I would like to leave you with this thought...What is your Tupperware Story? You will never know if you can do it unless you try. If you never try, you will never have known if you could have done it! Christina Flinsch Tupperware Representative Phone: 540-760-6400 E-Mail: tupperbucks@verizon.net |
