1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella (alternately use Italian cheese) 1 1/2 cup pasta sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp. Chef Series™ Italian Herb Seasoning Blend

1 pkg. refridgerated biscuit dough (12 oz) 20 slices pepperoni
|

In a Stuffables™ Container, combine pasta sauce, and Seasoning; set aside. On a cookie sheet lined with the Silicone Wonder™ Mat, press out each biscuit to a 3–31/2" diameter disk. Place 2 Tbsp. sauce in center of disk, sprinkle with
11/2 Tbsp. cheese and finally 2 slices pepperoni. Fold disk in half, pinching together the dough with the tines of a fork. Repeat procedure until finished. Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.

Vegetarian Substitute finely chopped green pepper, onion, or mushrooms
Sausage Substitute Italian sausage or turkey sausage
