1/2 cup hoisin sauce (or dippiing sauce) 1 can water chestnuts (10 oz, sliced) 1 head Iceberg Lettuce (8 leaves)

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast cutlets 1 1/2 tsp. Chef Series™ Ginger Teriyaki Seasoning Blend

Rinse lettuce, peel leaves and set aside to dry. Preheat a Chef Series™ 9.5" Fry Pan on Medium-High heat 11/2-2 minutes. Chop chicken into 1/2" pieces and add to pan; stirring frequently. Using The Chopper Machine, coarsely chop water chestnuts; add to chicken and stir together. When chicken is just about cooked through; stir in hoisin sauce and Seasoning to mixture. Spoon mixture evenly into center of lettuce leaves, roll up and serve immediately.
