"Snow Ball" Cakes

Baked Cup Cakes

White Frosting

Bag of Coconut

Peel the paper baking cups from the bottom of the cup cakes after they have cooled.  Drop them one at a time, into a bowl of white frossting.  Gently roll around and completely coat each one.  Lift it out, and place in a bowl full of coconut.  Roll it around till coated.  Stack in/on a serving container of your choice.
